The petitioner is aggrieved by the suspension of PDS license of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after lodging the FIR against the petitioner for the alleged lapses, the respondents have decided to suspend PDS license of the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that similar issue was adjudicated by a coordinate bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 24130 of 2018 and alaloguous cases vide order dated 6.3.2019. Considering the fact that similar order was challenged

Patna High Court CWJC No.8712 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 in several writ applications and a coordinate Bench of this Court has occasioned to decide the same issue, the Court in order to maintain consistency is constrained to allow the present present application.
