The petitioner seeks bail in K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 598 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the younger brother of the deceased. The informant stated that the petitioner has illicit relation with the wife of the deceased and that is why Panchayati was also convened but the petitioner killed his elder brother with the help of Munna Shah and Vijay Shah.

It appears that the informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence. Only suspicion is raised against the petitioner because the petitioner is alleged to have illicit relation with the wife of the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K.
