JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-06-2018 Seeking review of an order passed on 02.05.2017 in LPA No. 992 of 2016 this application has been filed and primarily review is sought for on the ground that while passing the order certain circulars of the State Government have not been taken into consideration.

Taking note of the circumstances and the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sasi vs. Arvindakshan Nair [(2017) 4 SCC 692] we find no error apparent on the face of the record warranting review or recall of
