No.8512 of 2021, whereas the present M.J.C./ Contempt Petition is filed on 18.05.2023.

2. The present M.J.C./Contempt Petition is not maintainable in the light of the Co-ordinate Bench decision of this Court in the case of Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha and others Vs. The Union of India ad others (M.J.C. No.1840 of 2023) read with the recent decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of S. Tirupathi Rao Versus M. Lingamaiah and Others decided on 22nd of July, 2024 {2024 SCC OnLine SC 1764}.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands disposed of as not maintainable reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition for execution/compliance
