JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-06-2026 This is an application for modification of the order dated 07.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21696 of 2026 by this Court, by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 72 of 2026 with certain conditions.

2. In the present application, the petitioner wants modification of one of the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner.

3. In the opinion of this Court, this modification application is not maintainable and the same is hereby rejected with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail petition in accordance with law.
