In view of the above, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondents for grant of no objection/affiliation and if any such application is filed, the respondents will appropriately decide the issue of grant of affiliation/ no objection within a period of one month from the date of filing of such application along with a copy of this order. In the event no decision is taken within a period of one month, it will be deemed that affiliation/no objection stands granted after expiry of one month period from filing of such application. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
