In this case, the petitioner was a Mukhiya, is challenging the action of the Executive Officer by which he had given direction to follow his instruction otherwise he would face the consequences.
In course of argument, it has been informed to this Court that the petitioner has already died. The cause for filing the writ application is related to performance of official work to the post of Mukhiya.
As the petitioner has already died, in that
Patna High Court CWJC No.3914 of 2004 dt.17-04-2015 2/2 circumstance, this petition does not survive and there is no need to pass any order in the matter.
Accordingly, this petition is consigned.
