====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-11-2020 Heard Mr. Vinay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Raj Kishore Singh, representing the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 8.7.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20118 of 2020 granting provisional anticipatory bail to the petitioners for a period of three months in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioners could not take steps within the time

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27963 of 2020(2) dt.11-11-2020 2/2 prescribed and make a prayer for extension of time by a further period of four weeks.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the time for taking steps is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 8.7.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20118 of 2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
