2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 25(1-AA) of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on the basis of secret information, a raid was conducted and during search, one country made pistol, one revolver, one 7.65 mm pistol, one country made katta, 16 pieces of 8 mm cartridge and other articles were recovered from the house of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner and he is in custody since 19.03.2025, having no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class-cum-A.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Birpur Thana P.S.
