The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that the victim was called by coaccused Mahesh Yadav and subsequently his dead body was recovered. The name of the petitioner has been surfaced due to previous enmity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused on the basis of suspicion and Sakaldeo Yadav similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.7746 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27007 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Ramashish Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No.249 of 2014.
