The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 144 of 2018.

One country-made loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Bomb was recovered from the possession of co-accused and allegation is that they were making preparation to commit dacoity. Petitioner is accused in several criminal cases disclosed in para-3 of the bail petition including cases under the N.D.P.S. Act, Arms Act, dacoity, robbery etc. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, I am not
