2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 316(2) / 318(4) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3 . As per prosecution case , complainant namely Jnaki devi alleged that co-accused Mohan Das fraudulently sold the land of complainant to petitioner and others.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that dispute involved in the present petition is with regard to sale and purchase of land, which is purely of civil nature. Present case has been filed only with a view to settle civil dispute and claim, for which, informant has got some other remedy. Petitioner is lady and bona-fide purchaser of the land in question and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35024 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 purchased the land after making payment of due consideration money . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 7371 of 2025 . 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that dispute is purely of civil nature and petitioner is lady having clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 453 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
