The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Phulwariya PS case no. 16 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation in the present case is regarding four unknown accused persons having apprehended the informant and snatched his motorcycle on pistol point. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, inasmuch as neither any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioners nor the petitioners have been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34092 of 2019(4) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 named by the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having clean antecedent and are languishing in custody since 12.03.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioners are directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwariya PS case no. 16 of 2019.
