Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as various sections of the Arms Act.

One Katta without cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he had gone to hand over said katta to one Sudama Rai.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.8.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mahendra Pd. Yadav, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in Town P.S. Case no. 273/2015.
