ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-06-2015 This order is being passed on the submission that the case has not been disposed off as yet in the Court below. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.05.2015 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, has refused the application of the defence for exhibiting certain documents in Sessions Trial No.326 of 2013 arising out of Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.27 of 2010.

It has been submitted that the accused persons sought to exhibit three Photostat copies of certified copy of First Information Reports, the Certified Copy of which are not being made available to him.

The Court below is directed to consider allowing the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27102 of 2015 dt.22-06-2015 2/2 prayer of the Petitioner on such presentation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and proceed in the matter in accordance with law. It is made clear that only the documents shall be exhibited and no other witness shall be permitted to prove the same. The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation.
