The petitioner seeks bail in Maheshi P.S. Case No. 83/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Rajesh Bhagat but the petitioner is not put on Test Identification Parade. The petitioner is in jail since 10.03.2015. Another co-accused Randhir Bhagat has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27907 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar IV, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Motihari in connection with Maheshi P.S. Case No. 83/2013.
