JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given one 'Barchhi' blow whereas the other accused assaulted the informant with iron rod causing head injury to the informant. Annexure-3 to the petition shows that informant sustained grievous injury on his head but the nature of the aforesaid injury was opined by the doctor on the basis of reports of a private hospital. Moreover, the alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute and the petitioner is in jail custody since 29.03.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
