JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 25-06-2018 Having considered the show cause filed by the respondents and the averments made in paragraph 11 thereof, we find that except for payment of arrears, all salaries to the petitioners which fell due in view of the order passed in the Writ Petition and affirmed by the Division Bench in L.P.A. No.658 of 2013, all dues have been paid to the petitioners after dismissal of the S.L.P. by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Only arrears have not been paid.
Patna High Court MJC No.1756 of 2017(5) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 Mr. Satyavir Bharti, learned counsel for the respondents fairly states that the arrears shall be paid to the petitioners within 15 days.
That being so, we dispose of the matter directing the respondents that all arrears shall be paid to the petitioners within 15 days and thereafter, in case, the petitioners have any grievance still subsisting, they shall have liberty to ventilate the same in accordance with law.
