The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 288 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.01.2021. Vide order dated 18.08.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that case has not been committed till date.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45115 of 2021(3) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
