JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that there was land dispute between the informant and co-accused, Manoj Mahto and others and as a matter of fact, co-accused, Manoj Mahto filed complaint case against the family members of the informant and in the aforesaid complaint case, petitioner was shown as complainant's witness and that is the reason of implication of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27024 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Abhishek Kunal, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015.
