Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 25.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61402 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Town (Ratanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 536 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45438 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 2021, pending in the Court learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.
The order dated 25.03.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
