The present petitioner was working as a PACS Manager, on the intervention of the Hon'ble Apex Court, the petitioner and other persons have been regularized in different departments in the year 2002. The limited grievance has been raised by the petitioner that his past service as PACS Manager should also be counted for the purpose of promotion as well as for the retiral benefit.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1103 of 2017 dt.27-06-2018 2/2 As on today, there is no such decision of the State of Bihar either in favour or against the petitioners, it will be better for the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary of the Secretary, General Administration Department, Bihar, Patna, who will consider the case of the petitioner and take a decision within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order. This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
