The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.R.P. Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 438/2017 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 406/419/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has no role to play. It only because there was some dispute between the said Prem who was the friend of the informant that an unusual story has been concocted in which the petitioner has also been named. A perusal of the same reveals that the entire story is false and fabricated and has no connection with the present petitioner. The allegation is against Prem and not this petitioner.
