According to the prosecution case itself, it were co-accused Manish Singh and Sonu Singh who opened fire and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is stated that he also assaulted the informant and his associates with Phatta.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that informant later on, inserted the name of the petitioner in the category of those accused who opened fire on the informant and his associates. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Bela P.S. Case no. 15/2015.
