Petitioner happens to be servant of the victim and at the time of alleged occurrence, he was present in the said house. Moreover, except suspicion, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Ramnagar P.S. Case no. 93/2015.
