The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the prosecutrix and made an attempt to commit rape with her. Submission is that some money was lying due against the prosecutrix and when the petitioner demanded the money this case has been lodged. The petitioner is in jail since 20.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27788 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ad hoc -II, Madhepura in Sessions Trial No. 45 of 2015, arising out of Murliganj P.S. Case No. 225 of 2014.
