The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioners rather illicit liquor has been recovered from the field which is not belonged to the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory

No.32935 of 2019(4) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamui in connection with Case No. 80-C2/19 (Jamui), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
