Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for quashing of the order dated 10.10.2022 passed in Teghra P.S. Case No. 190 of 2022 by the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai whereby and whereunder inter alia the learned court below has been pleased to take cognizance of the offence against the petitioner and others under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120B read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.
