ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 In view of nature of dispute between the parties, notices were issued to opposite party no.2 but none appears on her behalf. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that now the matter has been resolved and hence she is not appearing. Be that as it may, it is ordered that in the event of surrender/ arrest of the petitioner, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if he deposits the entire arrears from 18/04/2014, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1156 of 2012 (T.R.No. 3064 of 2013), he shall be released on provisional anticipatory bail till further orders on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the Court below to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4803 of 2014 (4) dt.07-01-2015 Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, District- East Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner. The petitioner shall henceforth deposit the amount of Rs. 750/- in terms of the aforesaid order.
