NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, (hereinafter referred to as, 'the University') and the learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner retired from service as Store Keeper in the Chemistry Department in Ramadhin College, Sheikhpura, under the University with effect from 31.03.2011. Petitioner had filed a representation before the Registrar of the University for payment of his dues, dated 19.04.2018, which is contained in Annexure 3 to the writ application.

Considering the nature of the claim, as made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed off with a direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.591 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 to the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, to look into the claim of the petitioner and dispose of the representation, dated 19.04.2018, as contained in Annexure 3, within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Any amount, due to the petitioner, would be paid within a month thereafter. If certain amount is found inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order through registered post.
