2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 117(3), 118(2), 109 and 103(1) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, on 23.12.2024 at about 7.30 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted informant and his father by means of iron rod as a result of which, father of informant died.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence.

No.33290 of 2025(2) dt.18-07-2025 2/3 From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation of assaulting father of informant is against coaccused Gautam Kumar, Prithvi Kumar and Satyendra. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegations and he is only alleged to be member of the mob. Similarly situated co-accused person, namely Sonu Kumar, has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 08.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29364 of 2025. Moreover, charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2024. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the general and omnibus nature of accusation, claim based on parity period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in
