Petitioner seeks bail in Rail Kiul P.S. Case No.50 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 56.800 litres country made liquor has been recovered from beneath Berth No.65 of South Bihar Express when it reached Kiul Railway Station. It is further alleged that this petitioner was seen at the door of the train. Petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32333 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise, Lakhisrai, in connection with Rail Kiul P.S. Case No.50 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
