Petitioner is accused in connection with Maheshkhut P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C.
Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has been surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Rakesh Kumar Yadav @ Rocky Yadav. Further submission is that while the informant has claimed to identify the culprits on seeing them again but the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. while is in custody since 11.01.2016. It is also submitted the petitioner is accused in six other cases, as detailed in paragraph no. 3 of the petition, due to that reason, Police has also
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19407 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 implicated the petitioner in the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhut P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
