The petitioner seeks bail in Purshottampur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, one stolen mobile has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and on disclosure of this petitioner one stolen motorcycle was also recovered from possession of other co-accused. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2021. Investigation is complete.
