Petitioner is accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019 registered under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471, 472 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8/20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected twice by this Court vide orders dated 17.02.2020 and 25.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 8121 of 2020 and 26756 of 2021. Further he submits that the fresh ground for grant of bail
