Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the year of the P.S. case during the course of the day. The petitioner seeks bail in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.172 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From the darwaza of the house of the petitioner, 31.2 litres of country made liquor was recovered and petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2020.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. 2nd -cum-
