2. With consent of the parties, this case is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the relief as claimed in the present writ application, petitioner has already filed representation before the District Cooperative Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram on 19.04.2025 (Annexure-P-7/1) and he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is given to the District Cooperative Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram to dispose of the representation on merit after hearing the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. Being the prayer made by the petitioner, the respondent-State has no objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being

Patna High Court CWJC No.9461 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is being disposed of directing the District Cooperative Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram to dispose of the representation the petitioner dated 19.04.2025 (P7/1) on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6. The order passed shall be reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed within one month from the date of production of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.

8. All pending Interlocutory application will be deemed to have been disposed of.
