Following is the relief, which the petitioner is seeking:- "(i) Issuance of a direction, order or writ, including a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent authority to transfer the land Khata number 218, Khesra Number 517, which is residential land measuring 6 decimal, in the name of the petitioner as the land is in the possession of the petitioner's ancestors since the last 3-4

3. The relief of the nature, which the petitioner is seeking, cannot be granted in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
