2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 146, 147, 148, 379 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Azamnagar P.S.Case No. 38/2024.
3. As per allegation, the petitioners and other accused persons are said to have jointly burnt the straw house of the informant and on protest made by her, the petitioners and other accused persons having been armed with weapons, came at the scene of occurrence and assaulted the informant including her family members, as a result of which they sustained injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They are the persons of clean antecedents. There is case and counter case. The land dispute is the fountainhead of the occurrence. So far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, the allegations are general and omnibus. The specific allegation against petitioner no.1 is that he along with co-accused Md. Asad and Md. Mustafa assaulted Md.Abul. Co-accused Md. Mustafa has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 23615 of 2025 under order dated 30.04.2025. The case of the petitioners is exactly on similar footing.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Katihar in connection with
