JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother of the deceased and it is alleged that due to partition dispute petitioner and her other family members assaulted the deceased and the informant claims herself to be an eye witness of the alleged occurrence but the post mortem report of the deceased reveals that only two contusions were found on the person of the deceased and the doctor could not give the cause of death rather he kept reserved his opinion regarding the cause of death till receipt of the forensic laboratory report.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28031 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako Bhelawar P.S.Case No. 56 of 2015.
