03-07-2015 This case has been listed today at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner under the heading "To Be Mentioned". In this case, vide order dated 11.6.2015, the petitioner was granted bail but due to inadvertence, in para-4 of the order, the date of custody of the petitioner has been mentioned as 5.2.2014 in place of 15.2.2014. Let it be corrected.

Further, in the last paragraph of the said order, it has wrongly been mentioned that „the petitioner be released on bail after completion of six months in custody', which is to be deleted. It stands deleted. The order dated 11.6.2015 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Let the order dated 11.6.2015 be corrected accordingly. This order shall form part of the order dated 11.6.2015. Let this order be communicated to the court of Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Banka for needful. (Sudhir Singh, J) ahk/- U T
