The petitioner is accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016, registered under Section 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4/5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

The accusation is that on receiving secret information about prostitution in Heart-Beat restaurant at Patna Market, Police reached there and raided the said hotel, where four male and female persons were apprehended in objectionable condition in the cabin. On search, some objectionable materials were also found in the cabin of the hotel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20804 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in this mere on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner has been apprehended by the Police near the hotel. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Smt. Suchitra Singh, J.M.1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
