JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught by the police while he along with others was allegedly uploading stone chips from the truck of the informant posing themselves as motor vehicle inspectors.

According to the prosecution case itself, only one mobile set is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, which is evident from perusal of paragraph-3 of the petition. Moreover submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has been implicated in this case on account of local politics of truck owners. Considering the aforesaid facts and

No.34019 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Meergunj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
