The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No.06 of 2019 arising out of Nardiganj P.S. Case No.25 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 8/20 (b) (II) (C)/22/25/27(a)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in trade of the Ganja but from the materials available on record he submitted that quantity of Ganja is less than the commercial quantity. He further submits that there is no weighment of the Ganja. Petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2019. Considering the quantity of the Ganja is not commercial one and there is no proper weighment of the Ganja

Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge, Nawadah, in connection with Special Case No.06 of 2019 arising out of Nardiganj P.S.
