The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 85/2014 for the offence punishable under sections 328, 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in brief, as per the F.I.R.lodged by Ranjeet Yadav that his sister was subjected to cruelty and harassment at the matrimonial home due to non-fulfilment of dowry, and according to the villagers, she was administered poison and got her dead body disappered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17174 of 2015 (3) dt.11-06-2015 2 / 2 petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and he is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15-2-2015. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Khalo Yadav be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs,10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 85/2014.
