Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.Case No.73/19 dated 11.2.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be father and brother of the co-accused Habbu Mian of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in which she has disclosed that she had gone to meet one Talim
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32301 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 Mian at Barauni and she has not disclosed anything against the petitioners.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.Casae No.73 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
