Instant application has been filed for modification of order dated 05.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66667/2019 whereby these two petitioners along with others were granted anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these two aforesaid petitioners at that point of time were out side of the State and due to Covid-19 they could not come to this State
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35864 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 in order to furnish their bail bond before the concerned court below within the stipulated time of four weeks as directed by this Court.
Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, by way of last indulgence, this Court is inclined to extend two weeks' further time from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order for furnishing their bail bonds before the court below.
Accordingly, the present application for modification stands allowed only to the above extent.
