The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hilsa P. S. Case No. 568 of 2015 registered under Sections 304-B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that there is no direct or specific allegation, as against the petitioner, who being the sister-in-law of the deceased, was having same status as that of the deceased in her matrimonial home. It is further submitted that similarly circumstanced other co-accused, namely, Shambhu Paswan and Shanti Devi have already been granted pre-arrest bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6374 of 2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21807 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, who is in custody since 22.03.2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Hilsa P. S. Case No. 568 of 2015.
