The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 147 of 2014, arising out of Jehanabad (Mahila) P. S. Case No. 40 of 2013 registered under Sections 376 (2) of the Indian Penal Code and 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation made against the petitioner that he ravished a minor girl aged about 10 years, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
