In Cr. Misc. No. 40231 of 2022, the bail was granted on the ground amongst other that the petitioner do not have criminal antecedent. Thereafter, Cr. Misc. No. 24481 of 2023 was filed stating that he has four criminal cases under his belt. Accordingly the same was rejected on 12.04.2023. Without waiting for the cooling off period, the present petition has been filed.

This Court does not find any merit in the petition, the
